1. Communication and Service Model
Bhaikobolo.pk operates exclusively as a WhatsApp-based service platform for its direct operations.
- All service requests, instructions, and confirmations must be communicated via text messages or voice notes to our official WhatsApp number to ensure a verifiable record.
- While representatives may use voice or video calls during task execution for coordination, the primary booking record remains the chat history.
2. Scope of Services and Restrictions
We provide reliable assistance for routine daily tasks. Authorized Services Include: Pick and drop of non-valuable items, document submission/collection, standing in queues for tokens, utility bill payments, and general market errands.
Strict Prohibitions: For the safety of our staff and legal compliance, we strictly DO NOT handle:
- Cash transport of any significant amount.
- Jewelry, precious metals, or high-value assets.
- Illegal substances, contraband, or any items prohibited by Pakistani law.
- Any requests related to unlawful or immoral activities.
3. Pricing Structure and Payments
Our pricing is designed to be transparent.
- Mandatory Advance Fee: A fixed base charge of PKR 500/- is applicable for standard services. This fee is mandatory and must be paid in advance to confirm a booking. A representative will only be dispatched upon receipt of this fee.
- Variable/Additional Charges: If a task exceeds the basic scope (e.g., involves long waiting hours, multiple locations, or heavy labor), additional charges will be estimated and must be agreed upon by the customer before the extra work is undertaken.
- Payment Channel: Payments are only accepted via accounts linked to our official WhatsApp number. Digital receipts are provided upon confirmation.
4. The 100% Guarantee Refund Policy
We stand by our reliability. Our refund policy is designed to offer you complete peace of mind regarding our representative’s attendance.
- The Non-Arrival Guarantee: If we confirm a task and accept your advance fee, but our representative fails to arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time due to our fault, we guarantee a 100% Immediate Refund of your advance payment. No deductions, no excuses. This is our responsibility commitment.
Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not applicable if the service could not be completed due to:
- Incorrect addresses or location pins provided by the user.
- The user or contact person not being available at the location upon the representative’s arrival.
- Task cancellation by the user after the representative has already reached the location.
5. Independent Professionals Marketplace
As detailed in our Disclaimer, Bhaikobolo.pk hosts profiles of independent freelancers and entrepreneurs in sections like our Professionals category. We are a directory platform in this regard and are not a party to any agreement, payment, or service delivery between you and these independent third parties.
6. User Conduct
Users are expected to treat Bhaikobolo representatives with respect and professional courtesy. Abusive behavior or unsafe environments will result in immediate service termination without refund and permanent blacklisting.
